At Weecolab, we understand that customers may need to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed. This Cancel / Change Order Policy explains when and how order cancellations or changes can be requested.

By placing an order on weecolab.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Overview

To ensure fast delivery, orders at Weecolab are processed quickly.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day
  • Once an order enters processing, it may be prepared for shipment immediately

Because of this, cancellation or modification requests are time-sensitive.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends are processed the next business day
  • Requests submitted before processing begins have the highest chance of approval

3. Order Cancellation Policy

Eligible for Cancellation

  • The order has not yet been processed
  • The order has not been shipped

Not Eligible for Cancellation

  • The order has already been shipped
  • A tracking number has been issued
  • The order is in final packaging or dispatch stage

Once an order has shipped, it must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Full name used on the order
  • Reason for cancellation

Our team will review your request and respond promptly.

5. Order Change Policy

Customers may request changes before processing begins, including:

  • Shipping address updates
  • Size or color changes (subject to availability)
  • Contact information corrections

All change requests are subject to order status and inventory availability and are not guaranteed.

6. How to Request an Order Change

To request a change, contact customer support immediately with:

  • Order number
  • Details of the requested change

If the order has already entered processing or shipment, changes may no longer be possible.

7. Address Change Limitations

  • Address changes are only possible before shipment
  • Weecolab is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for free reshipment

8. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved:

  • A full refund is issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days
  • No cancellation or processing fees are charged

9. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled or Changed

  • Orders that have already shipped
  • Orders with confirmed tracking information
  • Orders delayed due to carrier issues
  • Orders returned to sender due to incorrect address

These orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Multiple Item Orders

  • Partial cancellations may not be possible
  • Items may be prepared or shipped separately
  • Approval depends on the status of each item

11. Delays & Exceptions

Weecolab is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • High order volume
  • Weekends or public holidays
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

12. Policy Updates

Weecolab reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
