Handling time includes order verification, packaging, and transfer to the carrier.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Carrier selection depends on destination, package size, and logistics. Weecolab reserves the right to select

Damaged Packages:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damage
12. Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may ship together or separately.
There is no additional cost for split shipments.
13. Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or failed delivery attempts
may be subject to reshipping fees or refunds according to our Return & Refund Policy.
